- I have always wanted to be a Fire-fighter or go into the Army so im waiting for them to start recruiting. Next year i will start my career as a Pro Cage Fighter, my aim is too be in the Top 10 within 2years.

Female Sports Personality of the year 2011 Bromsgrove District Council
I am a black belt in Jujutsu and represent Great Britain in the sport after 14 years of unbroken training.
Represented Great Britain in the 2010 World Martial Arts Games in Las Vegas in September. Won three Gold and Three Silver medals Sophie Newnes hits medal jackpot in Vegas
I have a level one star in sailing, canoeing and kayaking.
I'm a level 6 in performing arts
Oh and I'm good at impressions of Shrek characters and certain songs.

I have had so many memories at Coventry City, joining mid season 2009/2010 and seeing the hard work the girls and coaching staff put in paying off and winning the league and being promoted was a very happy moment for me, as I was lucky enough to be involved in that and see the excitement on everyone's faces.
Scoring on my debut is a brilliant memory and it will be one goal I will always remember.
But I will never ever forget the football tour to Newquay, I had so much fun, room 142 killed it, made life time friends like 'woody' and I don't think I stopped laughing the whole time, especially in the service station on the way there. Oh and that trip has put me off beans on toast for life.
And have to add about Kelly dancing and chinning the floor at Netty's house so funny :D
