Code of Conduct for Team Managers

Team Managers must follow all the guidelines in the Code of Conduct for coaches, but in addition to that, they will:

Implement equity in relation to Team selections but adhere to the Club policy of playing the strongest available team when considered necessary.
Manage players' and the parents of COE players, expectations at all times to avoid confusion and disappointment.
Advocate that the enjoyment experienced whilst being part of a team when playing football is more important than winning.
Advocate fair play at all times.
Be conversant with the Rules of Association Football, the relevant League and the Club.
