Singleton steps down as chairman of Coventry City ladies
David Singleton, Chairman of Coventry City Ladies Football Club
has announced that he will be standing down from the position with
immediate effect.
The reason for this decision is so that he can concentrate on a
new and exciting business venture.
David has been the Chairman of the Club for the past 10 years and
leaves the Club in its highest ever League Position in the FA
Women's Premier League National Division. David has also ensured
that the Club conducts itself in a professional manner both on and
off the field.
The Club would like to thank David for all of his hard work over
the past 10 years and wish him every success with his new venture;
we hope that this isn't goodbye and just a change in the
relationship.
As a result of the promotions that Coventry City Ladies have
achieved, we now require more help to ensure the Club can continue
to develop. We are looking for a number of people to come on board
whether that is as a member of the Executive Committee to helping
out on match days; selling programmes, helping on the gate or
making the announcements on the PA system.
If you feel you can help, however small or great. Please get in
touch with Andy Stickley, Club Secretary, on 07740 869757 or e-mail
