Coventry City Ladies took time out from the action to raise money for the NSPCC as their male counterparts took on West Ham United at the Ricoh
The girls, together with sponsor Archer Bassett raised over £1000 for the charity. Peter Moore, owner of Archer Bassett also sponsored the game where Coventry lost 2-1 to the Londoners.
Bill Newes, Commercial director for the ladies team said 'CCLFC value all the support Archer Bassett give to the ladies team and were happy to give something back by helping in raising funds for a good charity like the NSPCC. '
Everyone from the players to the coaching staff took part in the bucket shake before the game, at half time and after the final whistle.
We are all pleased to have supported Peter with his support for the NSPCC.
