Code of Conduct for Team Managers

Team Managers must follow all the guidelines in the Code of Conduct for coaches, but in addition to that, they will:

• Implement equity in relation to Team selections but adhere to the Club policy of playing the strongest available team when considered necessary.
  
• Manage players’ and the parents of Junior Section players, expectations at all times to avoid confusion and disappointment.
  
• Advocate that the enjoyment experienced whilst being part of a team when playing football is more important than winning.
  
• Advocate fair play at all times.
  
• Be conversant with the Rules of Association Football, the relevant League and the Club.
  
• Be responsible for the collection of fees and subscriptions and keep accurate records of monies collected.
